In the Castle Garden, the princess and her unicorn spotted glowing footprints crossing the path. Their mystery led away from home, so they followed the trail toward the forest.

The princess and her unicorn followed the glowing footprints beyond the castle gate and into the Enchanted Forest Path, eager to learn where the mystery led.

Deeper along the path, the footprints grew brighter and curved toward a fern-covered opening. The unicorn trotted after them, and the princess parted the fronds.

In the Fern Glade, they found a little star beneath a fern, resting sadly on the moss. “Hello,” said the princess softly. “Are you lost?”

“I am Luma,” whispered the star. “I fell from the sky, and now I am too dim to float home.” The princess knelt close, ready to help.

The princess knelt beside Luma. “You are not alone,” she said, as moonlight glimmered through an opening in the trees.

They guided Luma to the Moonflower Clearing, where closed moonflowers circled a still pool. “This may help you find your way,” said the princess.

The unicorn touched his horn to the air, sending a gentle ribbon of magic across the flowers. One by one, their petals opened.

Moonlight reflected from flower to flower, making a bright path. Luma hovered at its edge, then whispered, “I must add my own glow.”

Luma remembered their kindness and added its own glow. Up it rose, bright enough to float above the Moonflower Clearing.

With a joyful flash, Luma streaked into the night sky and became the brightest twinkle above them.

The princess and her unicorn followed the castle path home beneath Luma’s sparkling light. “Good night, Luma!” they called, and the star winked back.
