Bring their personalities along

You know what makes each child themselves. Share a little of that, and let Leo help with the story.

  • A photo or description of each child. Add their names and ages. You can include up to three characters.
  • What they're like together. Who makes the plans? Who makes everyone laugh? Their shared jokes and different ideas give the adventure its spark.
  • Something they could do together. A blanket fort, a scooter race, or welcoming a new baby. A simple starting point is plenty.

What changes in the book

A photo of each child
Each child is drawn from their own photo, so everyone looks like themselves.
Their nicknames
The names they really call each other show up when they talk.
Who does what
The planner and the joker each get a moment of their own.

An idea to get you started

“Ava plans everything. Jonah jumps in first. They argue about the top bunk, but tonight their blanket fort turns into a ship.”
Start with a simple idea. Leo will help with the details.

Sibling book questions

Can both siblings be main characters?

Yes. Add each child as a character and tell us what each one is like. Ask for an adventure where they share the lead, and review the story together before printing.

Can I make a big brother or big sister book for a new baby?

Yes. Add the baby as a character from a photo or a description, and make the story about the older child welcoming them. If the book is for the baby, see the new baby book.

How many children can be in one book?

The web creator takes up to three characters, such as three siblings or two siblings and the family dog.

Our twins look alike. How will readers tell them apart?

Tell us what your family uses: a favorite color, glasses, a hair clip, a missing tooth. You can review their characters before starting and edit the book before printing.

How much does a personalized sibling book cost?

Your first story and cover are free to preview. Illustrations start at $1 for 12 pictures, credited toward a printed book. A standard-color softcover starts at $7; hardcover adds $8 and premium color adds $3. Shipping, tax, and extra pages are added at checkout. Additional stories start at $7, paid before creating. No subscription needed.

Can each child get a copy or a book of their own?

Yes. Order extra copies of the same story from your StorySafari library, or make a separate story for each child. Each new story after your first starts at $7, paid up front.
