
There once was a puppy, his name was Spot, He loved chasing butterflies, frolicking a lot.

He'd chase the butterflies round and round, Leaping high off the soft green ground.

But when night came and the moon shone bright, Little Spot got an awful fright.

He'd whimper and whine and try to be brave, Inside his crate is where he would cave.

One spooky night while Spot hid away, A strange noise caught his ears, making him sway.

The sound grew louder, a rustling in the night, Spot's heart raced, filled with fright.

The night was filled with eerie sounds, That made Spot's heart race and pound.

Spot mustered his courage and crawled out to see, What was causing this commotion, who could it be?

A raccoon loomed large, a menacing sight, Its eyes gleamed bright in the moonlit night

Spot saw the raccoon and let out a yap!

The raccoon got startled and turned round in a snap.

With a screech and a scurry, the bandit took flight, Scampering off into the night. Spot's bark had given it quite a fright!

And though just a pup who was little and small, His courageous spirit stood ever so tall.

Spot guarded his home and his family too, Ensuring no trouble would come into view. A braver puppy, there never was, it's true!
